What is a Cocarozza?
Our Cocarozza is a variation of a classic Sicilian sandwich. Essentially it’s a deep-fried grilled cheese! But more specifically it consists of a fat slice of mozzarella cheese stuffed between two thick pieces of seasoned bread that is then lightly battered and fried to mouth salivating gooeyness.
